Usage Guide
- Place the sharpener on a flat surface and turn on the power switch.
- Choose the appropriate slot based on the knife’s dullness (coarse for blunt blades, fine for daily maintenance, polishing for a brighter edge).
- Insert the knife into the corresponding slot and pull from heel to tip along the blade’s curve at a steady speed.
- After sharpening, turn off the power, disconnect the plug, and wipe the knife clean with a damp cloth.
Note: The polishing function is not suitable for ceramic knives.
